Dubai’s restaurant scene is showing no signs of slowing down, with internationally recognised names, new concepts and major hospitality projects continuing to enter the city. Several high-profile openings are scheduled for the final months of 2026, while others are planned for 2027.
From a French-Japanese omakase experience on Palm Jumeirah to a new British pub in The Greens and a beachfront Cipriani concept at J1 Beach, these are nine of the biggest new dining openings to keep on your radar.

One of the most anticipated fine-dining arrivals is L’Abysse Dubai, the French-Japanese omakase concept created by chef Yannick Alléno.
The restaurant is set to open at One&Only The Palm on 19 October 2026, marking the concept’s fourth international destination after Paris, Monaco and Osaka.
The experience centres on Japanese sushi craftsmanship interpreted through Alléno’s French culinary approach. Guests will be guided through an omakase experience with limited seating, including counter dining designed to put the preparation directly in view.

The menu is expected to focus on seafood, shellfish, seasonal produce, sharing dishes, and pizzas prepared in an open kitchen. The restaurant will also operate as an all-day destination, moving from lunch and afternoon dining into evening drinks and dinner.

The Black Horse is being developed by 1720 Hospitality and is scheduled to open at Onyx Tower 2 in October 2026.
The venue will feature British favourites, a bar with beers on draught, live sports and regular live music. Breakfast and Sunday roast service are also planned, making it a venue designed to operate throughout the day rather than only as an evening pub.

Japanese Wagyu Hamburg concept Hikiniku To Come is making its GCC debut at CMPLX in Al Quoz.
FYTE Hospitality announced the Dubai opening for September 2026 after an earlier delay linked to specialist kitchen equipment and logistics. The concept is built around freshly ground Wagyu beef cooked on custom equipment and served as Hamburg steaks rather than conventional burgers.
The Dubai restaurant is planned to use 100 per cent halal-certified Wagyu beef, adapting the concept for the GCC while retaining its Japanese dining format.
FYTE Hospitality has also announced plans for two additional UAE locations in 2027, although their destinations have not yet been confirmed.

The official ROKA listing currently describes the Palm venue as coming soon, with opening hours yet to be announced. That means an exact public opening date should not be assumed at this stage.

The reopening is planned for autumn 2026, with the new restaurant expected to combine Japanese cooking techniques with Mediterranean influences through a Wafu-inspired menu.
The infinity pool that became closely associated with the original Tapasake experience will remain part of the venue, while the new Sky Lounge will add an evening-focused element overlooking Dubai.

The venue has been transformed into a 200-seat cabaret, with the Dubai production combining dance, music, lighting, visual effects, dining and late-night entertainment.

Zuma Beach House will be located on a double-front beach plot overlooking Port de La Mer marina, between Pearl Jumeirah and Jumeirah Bay.

Dubai’s restaurant calendar is still expanding
The next wave of Dubai dining openings covers a wide range of experiences, from high-end omakase and Mediterranean waterfront dining to Japanese Wagyu, British pub food, beach clubs and permanent entertainment.
For diners planning ahead, the biggest confirmed dates currently include L’Abysse and Casea 101 on 19 October 2026 and Crazy Horse Paris: The Dubai Edition from 12 November 2026. Several of the 2027 projects, including Zuma Beach House and Cipriani Lido, remain without exact opening dates, so those should be treated as planned rather than confirmed launches.
