Sexy Fish is taking inspiration from the ocean for its Negroni Week collection, Vanishing Crimson. The limited menu features three interpretations: Tropical Negroni with rum, pineapple, and spices; Lampone Negroni with raspberry; and La Musa, which introduces black cardamom and coffee. Each cocktail is priced at AED 40 plus taxes and disappears from the menu when Negroni Week ends.

Anantara is giving the celebration an unusual afternoon twist. Its special experience pairs sweet and savoury afternoon-tea bites with Negroni-inspired cocktails and zero-proof alternatives. Packages start from AED 220, while options including two signature cocktails or unlimited bubbly and Negroni-inspired serves are also available. The resort is additionally hosting a one-night guest mixologist takeover on September 26.

Rather than simply ordering one from the bar, The Guild is turning Negroni Week into a hands-on experience. On Tuesday September 22, a small-group masterclass will take guests through the cocktail’s history and evolution before moving into tastings and a make-your-own challenge using mystery ingredients. The two-hour session is limited to 12 people and costs AED250.

Zenon is pushing well beyond the standard recipe with five different interpretations for the week. Negroni Week does not have to mean sitting inside a city bar.
