When does Dubai summer end in 2026?
There are actually two answers, depending on how the seasons are measured.
Meteorological seasons divide the year into fixed three-month periods, so meteorological summer covers June, July, and August and ends on August 31. Astronomically, seasons are determined by solstices and equinoxes. For Dubai, astronomical summer began with the June solstice and ends at the September equinox at 4:05 am on September 23, 2026.
The date does not mean Dubai will suddenly become cool overnight. The equinox marks an astronomical seasonal change, while local temperatures typically shift more gradually.
