The Dubai branch marks the first international location for East Village Pizza, which began operating in New York’s East Village in 1997.
The brand’s official location information confirms that its Dubai restaurant is based at The Meadows Village on 1st Road in Al Thanyah Fourth. The new branch follows the same New York identity as its original Manhattan location while serving customers in Dubai.

A New York-style pizza concept
East Village Pizza is known for its New York-style slices, with its original Manhattan restaurant built around hand-tossed pizza and a long fermentation process for its dough.
The brand says its dough is cold-fermented for 72 hours before baking. Its New York location also uses a traditional gas deck oven, part of the preparation method behind its signature style.
For Dubai diners, the opening offers a chance to try the brand without travelling to Manhattan.
