Dubai’s rooftop dining scene has welcomed back one of Jumeirah Lakes Towers’ best-known high-rise venues. Paros Dubai has returned for a new season from 1 October 2026, bringing its Mediterranean-inspired dining, rooftop pool setting and views across the Dubai skyline back to the 46th floor of Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
The venue is positioning its new season around sunset dining, daytime rooftop experiences and Friday night brunches, giving visitors several ways to enjoy the outdoor space as Dubai’s cooler months get underway.

Paros Dubai has reopened for the new season
Paros is located on the 46th floor of Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers and combines a rooftop restaurant and pool area with views towards Dubai Marina and the surrounding skyline.
The venue serves Mediterranean cuisine and has a rooftop setting designed for both daytime and evening visits. Taj Hotels also lists Paros as a Mediterranean rooftop pool bar and restaurant within the JLT property.
The latest reopening means the venue is once again operating its seasonal rooftop programme following its summer closure.

Sunset dining is back at Paros
One of the main attractions for the new season is Paros’ evening atmosphere, particularly around sunset.
Its Golden Hour experience currently runs daily from 4pm to 8pm, giving guests the opportunity to visit during the late afternoon and early evening while the Dubai skyline changes from daylight to night.
The rooftop setting offers views across the JLT and Dubai Marina area, making the sunset period particularly suited to drinks, casual dining and evening meet-ups.
Friday night brunch returns
Paros has also brought back its NISI Night Brunch, a Friday evening experience combining Mediterranean food with live entertainment.
The brunch runs on Fridays from 7 pm to 10 pm. Current listings show packages starting from AED 245 for the soft package, with higher-priced house, sparkling, and champagne options.
The experience includes unlimited starters and desserts served alongside a choice of main course, while entertainment forms part of the evening format.
As package details and entertainment line-ups can change, diners should confirm the latest offering when booking.
A rooftop pool experience during the day
Paros is not limited to evening dining. The venue also has a rooftop pool and a daytime offering known as Skyline Splash.
The experience allows visitors to spend time around the rooftop pool while taking in views from 46 floors above Dubai. Dining spend is fully redeemable under the current offer.
A separate Sip and Dip promotion is listed at AED 75 for one person or AED 100 for two, with the amount redeemable against food and beverages. The experience is currently advertised from 11 am to 5 pm daily, with reservations required.

Business lunch is also available
For a weekday option, Paros currently offers a business lunch from Monday to Friday between 12pm and 4pm.
The two-course option costs AED 99, while a three-course meal is AED 125.
This makes the rooftop venue an option beyond weekend brunches and sunset visits, particularly for weekday lunches in JLT.
